Ms. Bui Thi Nhu Hue has over 12 years’ experiences on legal advice. She has obtained bachelor degree and Master degree of economic laws.

Prior to joining HVP Lawyer, Hue had worked at Van Phat Hung JSC (Stock code: VPH) and a leading law firm of Vietnam for 7 years. After that, she worked at Khang Dien House Trading and Investment JSC (Stock code: KDH) as a Legal Director, and then worked at Nam Long Group (Stock code: NLG).

Hue is a lawyer having in-depth experiences on real estate, investment and M&A. She has ever provided legal advices, made legal due diligence reports, drafted agreements for share purchase and capital contribution, licensing dossiers, other legal documents and dealed with competent authorities for the following projects and business transactions:

Novaland Company sold Trade Center of Sunrise City Project to Agribank;

Nam Long Group assigned a super market project at Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City to VinGroup (Value: VND250 Bil);
